The FCC’s approval of Dell’s Mini 3iX smartphone could act as a springboard to the computer maker’s introduction of an Android-powered device on AT&T’s network in early 2010, InternetNews reports, noting CEO Michael Dell confirmed the company’s Android plans last month.
