AT&T’s de la Vega saying “No Mas” To iPhone Sales in Data Hungry Cities?

Earlier this year, AT&T’s CEO Ralph de la Vega spoke at UBS’s annual Global Media and Communications Conference and stated the company’s idea to charge heavy network users more money for their activities, noting that a mere three percent of smartphone users suck up some 40 percent of the company’s traffic.
