Blackberry Service Goes Down For The Count Again

Really? Really. Crackberry is reporting another Blackberry data outage, and I can confirm on the Bold 9700 in NorCal that this outage is the case. Isn’t this like the forth outage in the last 30 days? Well, by the looks of the comments over at Crackberry, users aren’t pleased with the situation. Considering this is supposed to be a reliable service for business users, customers are expecting RIM’s service to be up most of the time.  Crashberry is starting to become the more prevalent name for RIM’s products. I believe the problem is deeper than RIM is willing to acknowledge with it’s servers.

If you want to be informed of outages for your Crashberry, check out Data Outages. Users can sign up for email alerts for BB outages. The site is a mailing list for people to notify others if RIM’s or a carriers service is down in a particular area. If RIM or a carriers service is down in China, U.S. A. or a particular state, city, etc., for people then post the area to the list so others are notified.
