Sony Ericsson Vivaz photos leak

Well what do we have here? Apparently some press hots of the Sony Ericsson Vivaz escaped Sony headquarters today and it looks pretty impressive. Obviously S60 hasn’t been making headlines recently but this phone comes with S60 and looks nice. 3.5 inch screen at 360×640 resolution, 8.1MP camera that can also record 720P video, GA TV-out, face detection, MicroSD slot, 720mhz processor (not sure what model exactly), it also has WiFi, aGPS, Bluetooth, and FM radio. It looks sleek, it has a similar live wallpaper in the back round and the device its self looks sharp. It actually looks like an expensive camera. It looks like it is going to be a GSM device and we don’t know when or where it will launch first.  We’ll let you know as soon as we find out.

Windows Mobile 6.5 now available for Touch Pro 2 Dash 3G on T-Mobile

T-Mobile has finally released downloadable software updates for your Windows Mobile devices. If you bought the Touch Pro 2 or Dash 3G and felt left out because new phones with 6.5 came out shortly after, then feel sad no more! The update to Windows Phone 6.5 is available for download at T-Mobile.com/wmupgrade. You head to the site, choose your device, download and install. Of course most of you are hoping for that update to read Windows Phone 7 but at least the older devices weren’t completely forgotten. So get your update and let us know what you think. If you are having issues let us know we would love to help you out.

HTC Bravo makes a showing, sleek, slim, and has HTC Sense

The HTC Bravo has been rumored for a while. A new photo has leaked today and it looks very similar to the leaked shots. There seems to be an optical trackpad which replaces the plain old mic hole we saw on previous renders. So how does it stand up to the Nexus One? Here are the rumored specs for the Bravo:

1 ghz Snap Dragon

3.7″ AMOLED glass touch screen

512 MB of ROM, 256 MB of RAM (Nexus One has 512MB of RAM)

5-8MP camera with LED flash

An optical trackpad on the front to replace the Trackball on the Nexus. Would probably work similarly to the optical trackpad on the Blackberry Bold 2.

A 16GB SD card expandable up to 32.

HTC’s Sense UI updated to work with Android 2.1

Everything else is identical to the Droid. We have heard it may come to either T-Mobile or AT&T. We don’t know which just yet but we are pretty confident you won’t see it on Verizon or Sprint when it first is launched. The launch date is supposed to be sometime around March 2010. We will have to wait to see how it plays out but this is definitely a phone worth getting excited about. If Bravo is a code name rather than the name of the phone at launch, we can see this ending up being the HTC Hero 2.
